Some of the more common questions we receive, which may save you time.

Short answer: it depends. If your site is WordPress-based, and we perform security upgrades, yes, we can usually transfer it to our secure hosting, and set up reporting, uptime alarms, and more. Please note that transferred-in sites may not qualify for included monthly updates. A redesign may be needed to make this possible. Please book a complimentary call to learn more.

Many things related to email and website security are changing. Many web hosts and email list management companies now require SPF, DKIM, and DMARC to be in-place before you can send email to your lists, or to host certain types of forms or other items on your website. If you conduct sales transactions via your website, yes, it’s necessary.

Currency exchange rates may actually save our US-based clients a great deal of money. We are happy to bill in either US or Canadian dollars, on request. If you pay your bill in Canadian dollars from the US, we strongly suggest calling your bank or credit card company to ask what their Canadian dollar exchange rate is today. It’s usually much cheaper to let your bank handle the exchange, than for us to bill you in USD. Credit card transactions paid in Canadian dollars function exactly the same as USD transactions, and your credit card bill will show the converted USD amount that you actually paid.

If you have a small ecommerce site with less than 25 products, and know what you want your site to look like, we can typically have you up and running within 4 weeks of signing your contract. However, please note that this is based on several factors, which obviously includes your time and availability to review drafts and provide content. Please do NOT rely on any time frame other than that which is communicated to you by your account rep or designer, and note that time frames can change mid-project, depending on circumstances sometimes out of our control.

We offer something close to a flat 10% discount on multiple services. This can be negotiated in your contract. Please communicate with your account rep for details and exceptions.

Using affiliates can work very well for those offering education or event registration. Affiliate systems are a fully-automated and generally low-cost way to leverage the connections of others in your business or area.
